Dr. Kate is an absolute joy to work with, and goes above and beyond taking care of our little herd. She is compassionate, communicative, and thorough in all she does, and takes her time to make sure you understand the treatment process as well! My Opie choked on his grain, and Dr. Kate made time to come check on him in what I’m sure is a busy schedule, and was patient and gentle. Dr. Kate is a compassionate vet. She is quick to respond to emergency calls and timely for scheduled visits. It’s convenient to have her visit my horses at the barn and splitting the reasonable farm call fee with others is a nice option. When we suspected my mare of being pregnant, she even checked on us while she was on her honeymoon! This weekend, after Hurricane Helene, she answered our emergency call, talked us through care and visited promptly the next day. She understands owners concerns and is supportive and kind!
I’ve been trying to get ahold of the owner Ryan Auger for weeks now. Not getting a response or call back isn’t a good way to run a business.
One of the best vets I have ever encountered. She is very thorough and provides excellent care, and always puts the animal first. Very friendly, helpful and and knowledgeable and does an amazing job at explaining the process of each step and what everything is and how it effects the animal, as well as describing what is wrong and many different treatment plans and options.
