They basically scammed me. I was told to pay for my daughters procedure ahead so I didn’t have to wait a month for insurance approval and that they will file and I will get reimbursement. Then they never filed or did any work, my insurance approved it and even called me. Now I call and “Tina” tells me I was self payed and notes says not to file a claim. Omg rudest woman ever!!!

About a year ago I made an appointment with Greenville Dermatology to have a consultation for IPL. After meeting with Bridgette (esthetician) she informed me that I suffered from melasma and IPL would most likely cause the condition to worsen. Instead she suggested some topical products coupled with various chemical peels to help address my skin concerns. This practice saw my son for a last minute appointment when no other practice would make room. Nancy and Charlene were wonderful and very attentive to my son’s needs. I recommend this practice for all ages.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Miller for a few years now for annual checkups and Botox. He is absolutely wonderful! Always complimentary and I always leave feeling great. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!
Horrible office with a very rude front desk. To make matter even worse, when the office manager was contacted about the issues with the front desk, she was rude as well and kept harping on a specific issue, that wasn’t even the main issue of the rude workers! Stay far away from this office if you want to be treated with respect.
