Even if you check the posted schedule of lap lane availability online, the therapy pool lap lanes might be in use by some special interest group when you arrive. Also, on three different occasions, I have arrived to lap swim in the therapy pool at a designated time and found family groups or groups of children hanging on the lane ropes or clogging the 3 lap lanes with non-lap activities, and the life guards do nothing to clear any of the lanes.
