Out of soap, eat my money for self serve on one of the wands. Called and texted Owner, # on machines. Still nothing smh.
Went there to use the pet wash. They're want any soap coming out for the wash cycle, a real rip-off for the price. $7.00 for 10 minutes.
Went through the auto wash with my truck and it did not dispense any soap the entire wash cycle. Called the number, talked to the owner and he asked me to text him my address so he could send me a refund. After a month of not getting anything, texted him again to remind him. Silent, no response. I was just robbed of $12. I will never go back and can’t recommend anyone use this wash. Typical customer service these days.
