My mother in law had a appointment today for her bloods at 9.05 she has been unwell for four plus days as we were in the surgery I asked at reception if we could see a doctor while we were there as my mother in law is disabled and in a wheel chair as I approached the desk she was more interested what was in her handbag she said you have to ring up so my mum did and was number 1 in the cue but still had to wait she got through and was told that we would have to wait for the doctor to ring we had to get a taxi home and when we... read more

I don’t know what has happened to Greenview surgery, but it’s definitely gone downhill over the last few years. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it, and I’ve been with the surgery for a number of years. After reading other reviews on here, I’d have to say the reviews really speak for themselves and are pretty consistent with my own experience with the surgery.

Really impressed by the service I received today from the Surgery. I received an appointment after submitting website request at 8am, was seen to in a couple of hours and the after care was second to none! just brilliant! I have had issues in the past here, but credit where its due! Great improvement

I had to change my healthcare provider due to a frustrating experience with my son's treatment for tonsillitis. My 1.5-year-old son was left untreated for a month. I consulted Dr. Ed Copley on two occasions, and despite my concerns about tonsillitis, he did not examine his throat. Instead, he dismissed my worries, stating that my son seemed fine and could not be very unwell if he was able to run around the room.
