I wanted to write a review about Anna who is a wonderful paramedic at Greenview. We have seen her alot lately as both my daughter and myself have been poorly. She is kind and really listens to your concerns/problem. I always find she is really keen to find a solution to your problems, and talks about options of treatment and reasoning; but always making you feel part of that choice at the same time too. Thank you Anna, we are grateful.

I've been with this practice since I was a child. They've done things wrong, sure, but as a whole my experience with Greenview has been wonderful, no matter the mental health issues, the cancer I've had aged 18, and the gender dysphoria I've come at them with. Wonderful service run by an incredible doctor. Thank you.

My mother in law had a appointment today for her bloods at 9.05 she has been unwell for four plus days as we were in the surgery I asked at reception if we could see a doctor while we were there as my mother in law is disabled and in a wheel chair as I approached the desk she was more interested what was in her handbag she said you have to ring up so my mum did and was number 1 in the cue but still had to wait she got through and was told that we would have to wait for the doctor to ring we had to get a taxi home and when we... read more

I don’t know what has happened to Greenview surgery, but it’s definitely gone downhill over the last few years. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it, and I’ve been with the surgery for a number of years. After reading other reviews on here, I’d have to say the reviews really speak for themselves and are pretty consistent with my own experience with the surgery.
