New ownership since two years ago, has been amazing, and is making great improvements to the property.
I enjoy the services. However my contract says I am supposed to have 24 hours access to my storage unit but they have cut it back to less than 12 hour. Since I work nights and I'm up at night I want to be able to get in my storage at night. I have needed to get in there three separate nights to get my camping gear out to help people who had no place to stay for the night because all the hotels were booked. But I could not get into my storage unit. I am very unhappy about! It cost me business.
