Upon receiving a home inspection with roof damage that included photos from the attic and outdoors, we negotiated as part of our sales contract to have a licensed professional access and repair the leak and warranty their work. My husband and I hired Greenview Construction 3 weeks before our wedding because go figure, our entire kitchen flooded!!! Our waste line broke and water seeped under our laminate floors. Luckily, our insurance covered the damage but I was still overwhelmed having to remodel our kitchen AND replace our floors just 3 weeks before the wedding.
