If I have to sum it up - POOR SERVICE. Complaints fall on deaf ears. They are quite good at charging you a late fee if your rent is not on time, but their response, if any, to your complaints, IS NONE EXISTENT. This apartment complex need a good manager, and for years, we have not had a good one. There has been no improvements, yet they raise the rent year after year.
Greentrees is a nice community on the OUTSIDE, but the management STINKS! Ive lived here for 2 yrs, and WILL NOT be signing on for a 3rd. My neighbors are party animals, and whenever Ive made a complaint, NOBODY has addressed it. For 1.5 yrs, Ive dealt with their negligence, but no more! I would never recommend this place to ANYBODY I know, unless they are into pulling an all-nighter!
