They'll cancel your appointment and make little attempt to contact you. I drove nearly 2hrs for this appointment to have them act so casual about cancelling on me. They claimed they called and left a message. I have no message and making 1 attempt is not enough. You should need to physically speak to a person to confirm not just call once and that's it.
