This was my first experience buying a home and Jeremiah made it extremely easy and helped me learn a tremendous amount throughout the process. Him and his team will be the only ones inside going forward and will be the only recommendation I give out because of how spectacular their services were.
The HMA Team was able to close my loan even given my challenging income sources - no other company was able to do it. And the team was very responsive to my concerns and questions, as well as the requests of the property seller. I absolutely recommend working with HMA. And you can be sure you get the same consistent service and support for every loan, not a given when dealing with larger companies. Given today's rate environment and the need to execute quickly once you find a house, this is the team you need.
Jeremiah and his team were great! He communicated in clear and concise language and was direct in what he needed from me. The portal was great since I was emailed when new things were requested and I was easily able to upload the documents to the secure portal and if I had questions Jeremiah was able to answer them quickly via email. He and his team were very responsive. Great experience and I would highly recommend!
