Very nice staff and great room. Room was clean and very spacious. Great stay for me and my son while at his baseball tournament.

Room were mostly clean minus a few spots on the carpet. Our room was a little run down, but clean for the most part!

Wanted first floor room and communicated before check-in. No record when I checked in. There was a first floor room available, but the front desk person couldn't figure out how to code the keys. Property is old, has been remodeled, and is OK for the price. Seemed to run out of food and coffee for breakfast, though the quality was good. Overall OK. Would stay here again.

GreenTree Inn & Suites is like the Frontier Airlines of Hotels. There is absolutely no special touches, no polish in services provided and the bare minimum effort offered. The employees are friendly however. Just dial down your expectations and focus on the competitive price. This hotel had a nice Uber provided free shuttle to the airport. The Hotel itself needs a fairly serious refresh. And the Wi-fi is awful.
