I rarely write reviews, but this hotel stay was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. In my first assigned room, the bathtub faucet was completely rusted and stuck — I couldn’t even turn on the water to take a shower. On top of that, there was a visible stain on the toilet seat that clearly had not been cleaned. It was unacceptable. Second time staying here! Dominique and Nikki were excellent! Customer service is top notch. Not a huge breakfast selection but enough to put something on your stomach at the start of the day. Great location, 5 minutes from airport and 13 minutes to downtown. A lot of fast food places within a 2 block radius. My boys enjoyed the pool daily. The rooms are clean and everything worked properly!
