Spencer was very professional and super helpful solving the issue with my mom's hearing aid device. He explained everything in details to make sure we understand it and provided next step if the issue arises again. I totally recommend visiting his center to anybody with hearing problem.

Spencer is the best. He's kind and very knowledgeable about all the products he carries. Spencer made my dad feel very comfortable, especially when he told us what my dad was currently wearing were great hearing aids and that it was unnecessary to make a change at this time. Because dad's hearing aids were constantly whistling, he recommended new ear molds because of a loose fit causing feedback, and they had also become a bit hard.
