Raymond has been very polite, professional and reliable. He walked through the process and repairs before and after to make sure we understand everything. Scheduling is smooth. Sometimes Raymond didn't answer the phone when he's at a job, but he always called or texted back. A life time warranty and post installation plot are provided after the jobe is done. Overall a very good experience.

Offers a warranty but does not follow through with appointments and stops answering calls and texts. If you need your foundation done, stay as far away as you can from this company...

Raymond was very professional in his commercial dealings, and prices very competitive. His team, lead by Pedro, worked very hard with minimal disruption to our daily life, importantly all the work was done by tunneling from the outside, so no work had to be done from inside the house. They also cleared put all the bushes back and cleaned up the driveway, footpath and sidewalk (power washed). Took lots of photos of the work under then house, in the tunnels. Would recommend them to anyone.

Previous owners used Greentree before we purchased our home and stated that a lifetime guarantee is in places. Well since then my house has dramatically shifted and after several attempts to make contact on several numbers ( online numbers and warranty numbers ) I’ve still to make any contact with anyone. This is ridiculous on the amount of effort it’s taking just to speak with anyone!! I have a supposed lifetime warranty yet every time I call, it rings and someone hangs up. Ridiculous.
