We bought a house that had foundation work done by them by previous owner. We did an inspection and found out the foundation had shifted. Our agent contacted them multiple times to check out our foundation. They did not come until almost closing. Six years later, we were about to sell the house and asked them to come check. They suggested to add 10 + more piers on top of the previous work. Basically, their warranty means nothing and they just want more money.

Raymond has been very polite, professional and reliable. He walked through the process and repairs before and after to make sure we understand everything. Scheduling is smooth. Sometimes Raymond didn't answer the phone when he's at a job, but he always called or texted back. A life time warranty and post installation plot are provided after the jobe is done. Overall a very good experience.

Offers a warranty but does not follow through with appointments and stops answering calls and texts. If you need your foundation done, stay as far away as you can from this company...
