These people are morons. Bank of America sold and transferred my loans to this company, and Greentree Financial can't sort out which loan is which. They don't put the property address on any of the correspondence they send out, nor do they put the property address on letters about insurance policies. Imagine - I receive letters saying, "Dear so-and-so, we don't have a copy of your insurance policy.", but they don't tell me which property they need a policy on.
