1970s basic apartment type build. Maintenance does not do a competent job fixing things or putting stuff in never 100% Office staff could be way more pleasant to tennis that live here since we pay wages each year the property is maintained worse as far as everyone can tell Office staff doesn’t give a crap about this place. I was maintainEd. It’s becoming like a ghetto. I would rather live in a ghetto and stay here. Don’t move here.

Family friendly, well managed and organized condominium. People who like mess and disorder don’t like it there. Management is strict about what you can put on your porch to maintain the complex looking nice, clean and organized. I’ve lived here for over 10 years. Never had an issue. Forgot car unlocked many times, Feel safe sleeping at night with windows open and even the sliding door in the living room (terrace level). Highly recommend for families and decent people. The neighbors are friendly
