The staff here is excellent, especially somebody who I think is named Allie. The location is great, especially for students or anybody who is interested in lots of great trails in town. It's cheap by Bozeman standards.
Quiet residential neighborhood walking distance to campus and trails. On site maintenance is quick to respond. and they are really nice people.
The Greentree Apartments have been great. They are quiet hoof-houses that are located conveniently near downtown, campus, and Pete’s Hill. Being an MSU student, I have enjoyed having neighbors from all walks of life. There is a 24/7 common laundry and mailroom at the office, but no other major amenities. The apartments are quite affordable for the area and management is great, usually fixing problems within a day.
Lived here 5 years. Brett & management are kind, quick to respond, and honest people. No surprises in payments or anything about the unit. The picture and tours will show some dated finishes, but again, everything was clearly communicated before signing the lease. The few maintenance issues we had were taken care of super quick. Utilities were cheap, and the location was awesome too. Truly loved living here. Highly recommend anyone looking to live here.
Incredible place to live! Been here a year and the service is great. They are good communicators, respectful, they repair things quickly, they take pride in their work, nothing bad to say about these guys.
