do not move here. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES. several residents has told the park manager and the park manager says "we will cover it up and wait for someone else to buy the trailer". we have spent hundreds on a exterminator, poisons and sprays. NOTHING HAS WORKED. they bomb for roaches but the bombing just makes them scatter, doesnt kill them. AWFUL MANAGEMENT.
Bought a trailer worst mistake of my life! Mold painted over, house damaged covered up and never disclosed at signing when asked, trailer is literally caving in, and separating from its frame... Had to fight tooth and nail to get cooperates number only able to get it by Jennifer looking on a fedex package..
