I want to give thanks to Eric, he has been going above and beyond with his services to our needs: he's been here when we have an urgent problem and resolved the issue at hand and has always provided positive feedback on everything he does and any problem he encounters. I would recommend Greentouch to anyone who is looking for great service with their sprinklers and recommend Eric for his Greentouch needs!!!
We have a sprinkler system that dates from the 70s and it is always needing repairs along with normal maintenance. It's like a game of whack-a-mole--get one head or valve fixed and another will need it soon. Anyway, Greentouch always takes good care of us. Shout out to Carlos and Gage who did today's repairs, much quicker than I anticipated. AND they're nice guys!
The crew did an excellent job, both technically with the cleanup and mulching, but also with the artistic touch of the shrubbery.
Eric was great! He addressed my issue, kept me in the loop and even brought me my newspapers.
