Purchased a 54 waterford fireplace emailed them when it was in warranty they got back to me after and told me to clean out the unit from dust the heater blows cold air did that still nothing gave up on it needed a heater so again this year it is now 2 years old but only used for 3 maybe 4 months total and not continuous still blowing out cold air need to get ahold of them but how to get this tsken care of
Bought a fireplace from this company and it came with the wrong size glass and brick back board. It also was missing the remote. On top surface there was two spots that were peeling already. I will be returning this item back to Menards asap. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing item from this company.
Bought a $800 fireplace with wall The pegs that are on the wall that attached to the fireplace are not aligned so wall does not set evenly on fireplace so could be potentially a safety issue and definitely poor workmanship with no resolution from the company horrible place will never buy any other products from them again
