The contrast therapy was amazing! I did it as an add on to my massage. I was allowed one other guest with me, so I took my son. He was not excited about the idea of Contrast therapy, but afterwards he said he really enjoyed it! You have a red right therapy, hot stone sauna and a cold plunge. We both thought our favorite part was the cold plunge. Very invigorating! There was a routine that is recommended and we followed it. We were able to listen to music and definitely feel amazing when you are done.
I always have a positive relaxing time visiting Greentoes North. They have a great friendly staff and atmosphere I can hardly wait to comeback to.
