So awful at their job I actually feel sorry for them. If you want your day ruined have them create a BOM and do job site delivery. As sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west they will screw up your order and ruin your day. Unfortunately they are the only game in town so you’re stuck using these incompetent buffoons.
At first they were great, then they tried to charge us for equipment they didn't deliver. They cost us almost a dozen days of work due to them not supplying everything that was on the bill of materials provided to them. Icing on the cake was when we received a shipment from them and it looked as if there was a dip cup spilled all over our panels. You can do better in Columbus than this company. From what other people have said, this is the only location that is like this for CED.

Friendly staff. Good inventory of solar equipment and parts. I stopped by twice to pick up miscellaneous Iron Ridge pieces and parts that otherwise would have been expensive to ship from online sellers.
