Simon and his small team are the most professional in the business. I've had Greentech in for work on 3-4 properties and always recommend Simon to friends and family who need a plumber. Simon will talk through options, is quick to find solutions and makes you understand about your boiler and plumbing system. I'd strongly recommend Greentech for any of your plumbing and heating needs!
Simon came recommended and although he was friendly and reasonably priced he made an error which caused a leak in our kitchen and we had to get an emergency plumber out to fix it. We put in a complaint via the website 3 weeks ago, have chased it twice now and heard nothing back. The lack of communication/ response is extremely disappointing. Simon installed a new boiler and updated the gas pipework through the house. He took a lot of pride in his work and took the time to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Our house is now toasty warm!! I would certainly recommend Green Tech.
Fantastic service from Simon at Greentech. My boiler broke down, leaving my tenants - who had young children - with no heating or hot water in one of the coldest weeks this winter. I was on a Landlord's British Gas contract but they said it would take 2 weeks to send an engineer.
