Very impressed, hard to believe all the stains came out, and dry when they left as well.
Very professional, arrived on time and very pleased with the results. The carpets were done throughout the house. The basement and living room (very seldom used areas) had a musty, stale odor and after the cleaning process these odors were removed. The two sets of stairs have some wear and they were brought back to life. The carpets throughout the house now have an added fullness and buoyancy. All this and no water was used in the process.
My stairs and carpets are gorgeous! Not only are the stains out that 'other vendors' could not successfully remove, but the carpets seem completely rejuvenated. They are fluffy, bright and spotless. I couldn't be happier with the service and the results! Thanks!
