The ladies at the front desk as well as Dr. Jabor are amazing! Finding this clinic has been a big blessing for me since arriving to Ottawa. I do not have a family doctor, but my husband and children have been there so many times that I feel like Dr. Jabor is our family doctor, he just does not know it yet. Staff treats people with dignity, professionalism, and humanity. The waiting time is always reasonable and the place is clean. I strongly recommend this walk-in clinic.
My son is 20 years old. We saw Dr Samuel Ijeh on a walk-in appointment. My son never complains yet his throat was so incredibly painful. His tonsils were as swollen as I had ever seen in my life. The very kind clerks fit us in at the end of his day. They knew how worried I was. Dr Ijeh was very efficient and pleasant. He treated my son very well with appropriate instructions. We've been going here for 7yrs now. The frontline staff are really kind and patient, they take the time to learn your name and face by heart which means ALOT! Dr Ben Thomas is a fantastic GP as well, always kind and caring and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. We lucked out I think!
The staff is very helpful. Dr Jabor is amazing and listens to your problems. You don’t need to book multiple appointments if you have various questions to ask. My family is going to this clinic from last two years because we don’t have a family doctor. Highly recommend
I brought my grandma there and she was very impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic. As well as sweet and kind all the staff were.
