I had a very bad experience today with the reception lady with a blond hair. She was so rude to me, and unprofessional. She treated me as unwelcome with my 8 months baby seeking to get a doctor help. I really felt depressed and stressed today because of her mean attitude.

** If you are a young woman ask for another dr. if you get Samuel Ijeh ** This guy literally treated me like I was stupid ? Trying to hide his face trying not to laugh at me when I ask him questions. He was so condescending, repeating things to me slowly and like I was a child. I should be able to ask medical questions to a “professional” if I don’t know something, because I’m obviously not a doctor, without feeling like I’m bothering him. I recently went to this walk-in clinic with my baby. Even though we had an appointment, it took about an hour for her to be seen, which was okay because there was a note on the wall about a “1 hour waiting time,” and our case was not an emergency. However, some people who arrived after us were seen before her, which left me confused. Given the poor health services in Ottawa, I can’t really complain about the service, though.
