The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! They booked my appointment within a couple days and when I got there for my appointment I didn’t have to wait at all. The doctor was kind and easy to talk to, as well as the Nurse who administered the vaccination for my son. Overall, a wonderful experience.
This was the best walk in experience I’ve ever had in Ottawa. I called before they opened and left a message asking if I could book an appointment for the walk in. They called me back and said there’s no room but we will squeeze you between patients. I was in and out in under an hour. I’m so grateful to the front desk staff for their help, I couldn’t get in to see my doctor for a month and it was urgent. They are so friendly and cheerful here too! I had a very bad experience today with the reception lady with a blond hair. She was so rude to me, and unprofessional. She treated me as unwelcome with my 8 months baby seeking to get a doctor help. I really felt depressed and stressed today because of her mean attitude.
** If you are a young woman ask for another dr. if you get Samuel Ijeh ** This guy literally treated me like I was stupid ? Trying to hide his face trying not to laugh at me when I ask him questions. He was so condescending, repeating things to me slowly and like I was a child. I should be able to ask medical questions to a “professional” if I don’t know something, because I’m obviously not a doctor, without feeling like I’m bothering him.
