Todd Kay is A#1 when it comes to professional advice and making sure the bike fit just right! He exceeded expectations by putting in the homework before my fitting session. The bike needed some software updates++ and Todd did incredible work beforehand to assure a perfect fit. He is great and earned all 5 stars one at a time with his patient persistence toward me.
The fact that they force you to pay for them to do a tune up if they are replacing anything is odd. But to do that and then to leave the nuts loose on a child's BMX bike is just careless. Had to go to a different shop to have alignment and brakes done correctly.
One of the employees are rude made me shy away from mtb for a bit. The owner floors it around town in their truck, drives very aggressively.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Haven’t been into cycling since I moved from Boulder, CO. But getting excited to get back into it. Thank You!
