This hotel is amazing and Joy and Ryan are the most wonderful courteous pleasant hotel managers. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are incredible. I normally stay in hotels but this time I stayed in the Greenstone Motel because of a colleagues recommendation. I am really glad I did. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in the area.
Very poorly ran and poor room quality, torn carpets, half full garbage, holes in walls. When I arrived at 630am with the open sign clearly flashing I had to call 6 times back to back, after the 3rd call I was being sent to voice mail after the first ring so now my calls are being ignored, walkways are not shoveled and are dangerous. You get a coffee machine but zero plugs to use it, 2 dinner chairs and a dinner table so really no where to get comfortable, the curtains are 100 years old and do no cover the entirety of the win... read more
What a gem of a hotel! The manager Joy is fantastic, positive and a great vibe. She welcomed me, fed me and was a great host. Very cozy room, super clean, super comfy bed. The BATHTUB was amazing! Deep tub soak is exactly the thing I needed. Thanks for the hospitality.
My stay at Greenstone motel was amazing, the receptionist was super nice and friendly. Would recommend!
Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, fast internet. Have stayed quite a few times and always get a good nights rest. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
