I lodged a complaint regarding my experience at the clinic and received a call back—only to be given a verbal warning for allegedly being disrespectful. Rather than continue a phone call that was clearly going nowhere and only escalating my frustration, I chose to end the call. Unable to get through to talk to reception and no appointments available for weeks, this has been an on going issue.
Quite disappointed with the whole experience. Went for my sons ORL appointment and they really messed up his referral. Had to contact them multiple times to get it sorted. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. A grocery store operates at a better standard than this medical facility.
