Absolutely junk, horrible construction, cheep cheep cheep finishes, Julie the agent has no clue on this product or just lies. This review surrounds Drew’s dishonesty regarding the availability of a black cabinet sample of which both it & a brown were offered of the same name titled “Ridgestone-Oak”. I am so happy with the building experience I had with Greenstone! I have built several houses with other builders and this one exceeded my expectations. They offer a wide range of price points and the add on and upgrade options are really great. The quality of the home is remarkable for the price. I received video updates all through the build process so I could see my new home in every stage. The communication all the way through was so good. I am 4 months away from moving into my new Greenstone built home and, to say I’m excited, would be an understatement. My initial meeting was with Greenstone Manager Jeremy Nichols.
