I’m really glad they opened a location in Altoona. I’ve banked with them for a few years and have never been disappointed with them. Ive recently started working with Nick at this location and he is amazing! Always willing to help me with my accounts and always nice. I would definitely recommend working with Nick.
Most banks wouldn’t want to help families in our situation My momma has dementia and Parkinson’s and every one esp nick at this bank are so patient kind understanding and caring towards her and our family anything we’ve needed banking wise they are there and do all they can to help us If you have a disabled family member you care for this location is one I can recommend without hesitation
We have been with greenstate for 5yrs. Started in ankeny with Leslie. When she came to altoona we came to. She is the Best.. and greenstate is the greatest!!
