Our Rinnai B26 continuous flow hot water system failed last week. I rang Greenstar and spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and did her best to get a technician around asap even though they were super busy. Ben from Greenstar Hot Water & Heating came out the next day took one look and declared it dead. The heat exchanger had failed, leaked and ruined several other components within the system. Had an issue with our hot water system and after contacting 3 plumbers and eventually Rinnai I was directed to Greenstar. The level of customer service from Beth was outstanding and she managed to get a whole new system replaced the next day. Patrick was our technician, he was punctual, very friendly and very efficient. Well done GREENSTAR.
I had an issue with a 3 year old Rinnai gas hot water unit. A plumber who installed the unit, could not fix it. The service was disappointing. So I contacted Rinnai online and they used Greenstar to look at the unit. It was repaired promptly by Ben who was thorough and pleasant. Thank-you.
Had a technician come put for a warranty job as my rinnai tank went bust after only 4 years. Had decking built around the tank, not the greatest access, but enough to be able to do the job. They flat out refused to do the job unless I remove thousands of dollars of decking. To add insult to injury I now have to organise picking up the hot water unit from the warehouse as they won't deliver it as it's not there job anymore and Rinnai dont cover delivery.
