Avoid, avoid, avoid! I can't stress this enough. They held my car hostage for 5 weeks following a collision, refusing to release it to my insurance company even after I had made the trip down to sign my release form to send it to a shop of my choice. The staff in there were absolutely ignorant to me when they learned I didn't want my car fixed there. The women in there need a lesson in how to treat customers.
