Therapist was great but dealing with the office is a nightmare. They don’t answer the phone and rarely call back. They’re dealing with fragile people and just totally abandon them and leave them hanging.
We've had no problem with the care, but trying to call and get an appointment has been a huge problem. They don't answer the phone. They ask you to leave a message and they dont return the call. so frustrating.
