We selected this resort based largely on the photos posted on the Hilton Grand Vacations website (cream and light blue interiors, modern styling, etc). What we received was a drab room in dark brown with very deteriorated furniture, hole in the wall, carpet pulling away from the wall, etc. What a disappointment. Regarding service, 5 calls to the front desk over our 2 day stay and only once did someone answer a phone. Room cleanliness was not there. Hair alllllll over the bathroom, fronts of toilets super dirty, sides of toilets super dirty. Bathtub ring, shower full of hair all over the shower walls. Super disgusted. I'm here now. Pools amazing.
