Rooms were very clean and recently updated, great family resort with pool, very close to most Williamsburg attractions.
A hidden gem. Rooms are clean and perfect for the grandchildren to enjoy. The pool is great and there are plenty of chairs. Close to water Country and shopping centers.
My family has been coming here for 20 years. The quality of this place overall has just gone downhill. I definitely would NOT classify it as a "resort". There are no kids activities (the have "kits" you can purchase for $10) no activity nights, no restaurant and no bar. The units are ok with sub par upkeep year after year. With many items missing from the units like a vacuum.or cookie sheet. We have to purchase MANY of our own items from local retail stores. Rooms were nice but a little dated. Disappointed we weren't notified until a week before our stay that the restaurant and cabaña woukd be closed. Pool was nice and refreshing.
Booked 4 Suites/ Units to be together in the same building months in advance for a 9 day Family getaway, upon check in they could not accommodate 4 Suites in the same building. No it’s not that big of a deal , but we’d like to be closer to the grandkids. It’s a nice place for a smaller group , just not what we requested. After a couple days I can say that i would not book a second stay here .
