The greater Baltimore area is fairly rich in Town and Gown orchestras where university and community players collaborate. The GVO was a great experience as a player and delivered a very well played concert. Our host, Stevenson University, showed a lot of ingenuity and commitment to the community to keep the GVO running during the pandemic. This is the way community orchestras should be run. :)
