Having sent up an appointment to meet 3 weeks in advace the sales rep calls me less then 12 hour before our scheduled appointment and tell me he needs to reschedule for later in the day the same day. Okay I reworked my schedule to fit his needs. Then a half hour after our scheduled appointment the sales rep calls me and tells me " I need to cancel our appointment because my wifes in the car and she doesn't want to wait the 1 and half that I have scheduled to speak to you.
