This 5-star review goes solely to Raul Aldama from maintenance. Our A/C went out during 115° weather, and Raul came after hours to make sure we were taken care of. This isn’t the first time he’s stepped up — every interaction with him has shown how reliable, professional, and genuinely caring he is. His work ethic and dedication are unmatched. While Greenspoint has overall been good to us, the reality is that this is an older building and some of the amenities, like the A/C units, are long overdue for updates. As renters, we... read more
