This place is completely awful and inconsiderate. I see that they respond to the negative reviews by saying these people weren't clients. This just goes to show how ignorant they are to the fact that their actions don't just affect their clients, but their loved ones as well. Expect this kind of dismissive, invalidating behavior if you choose this firm.
