I was sent to Dr. Greenspan as an off base medical provider. She refused to give me a copy of my medical records, stated that she does not maintain copies (per law), and actually raised her voice. She stated the records are shred, the results “are not mine [hers] to give.” When I stated that I’ve never had a doctor refuse to provide medical docs to the patient, she replied “this is not a regular Dr.’s office.” She was unknowledgeable of who sent me, she stated the VA, which I was sent through the Army as an active member. RecommendedMy mother-in-law has been seeing Dr. Greenspan for the past several years after her move from FL to NY. Dr. Greenspan has been a caring professional and has always dealt with any issue with a respectful and efficient manner. Her office staff is also pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend her services if you are seeking an audiologist.

I pay tribute to Dr. Greenspan for who she is and the time and professional service she provides. My first contact with her was when my father-in-law was losing his hearing due to aging. She treated him with such respect and kindness and enabled him to hear our words of love for him. She treated him like he was king.
