Greensmith Yard Care has been providing excellent service for us for about 10 years now. Cory always arrives as scheduled, follows our instructions, provides good advice, cleans up well, and is very pleasant to deal with. He is also one the hardest working individuals we have hired for work around our house! Highly recommend!

Hands down Cory the best!!! He was very prompt with getting back to me about a quote that was more than reasonable. We came home last week to a yard that looks 100%, thank you for grooming our trees, cleaning up all the leaves and getting our yard into tip top shape before the snow falls. Talk about Jekyll & Hyde! Cory did great work and had a great demeanor initially, but as soon as you had questions, he gave significant attitude. To the extent that when we asked that he reschedule a job out 1 week, he replied with a firm “Nope” and then proceeded to say we needed to find someone else and blocked our calls. It was the lowest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced (and I’m in service!), maybe because there is so much demand for landscape work. Regardless, that was no way to treat a customer.
