Disappointing Experience at Maternity Ward Having delivered two babies at this hospital, my recent discharge experience was deeply distressing. The nurse handling my discharge, Kylie, repeatedly rushed us out by 10 AM, despite half the ward being empty. She then forced myself and my newborn baby out into freezing wind, falsely claiming it was "hospital policy" (management later admitted this policy does not exist). Dr Mckenzie is the most wonderful OB - couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She has looked after our growing family for years and is the most kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and just clearly a wonderful person. Thank you Mel for the care over the last couple of years. The reception staff have also always been fantastic, friendly and very accomodating.

I unfortunately had a poor experience with Dr Dora and Greenslopes Private Hospital, July of last year. Prior to my surgery, I was supposed to receive medication that I was told would help my body adjust for the procedure. I arrived two hours prior to my surgery, however, was not provided the medication, nor was I taken through the process to be cleared for the medication.
