Highly recommend Dr. Heng Tang! He is extremely professional, gentle, and patient. I experienced severe bleeding during childbirth, and I am truly grateful for his prompt and expert care—he saved my life. He also speaks Mandarin, which made communication much easier for moms like me who are not fluent in English. Having him as my OB was the greatest blessing. Thank you, Dr. Heng Tang! 極度推薦Dr. Heng Tang! 非常專業又溫柔有耐心。我在生產過程中大出血，非常感謝他緊急專業的處理，救我的命。而且他會說中文，讓我們英文不夠好的媽媽也能良好溝通。可以有他當我的OB，是我最大的幸運！ 謝謝Dr.Heng Tang.

I was booked with Dr Hayley Peckston and when coming in for my 30 week appointment her whole tone changed towards me due to my pregnancy becoming high risk. I am a self funded private patient and she told me I needed to change hospitals and was pushing me towards public by saying how if I am ICU the costs would be extreme along with if my baby was in NCCU the costs would be extreme as well. My experience with Greenslopes and Dr Melissa McKenzie is unforgettable. My son will turn eight this year, and the way Dr Melissa and the midwifery team at the hospital cared for us left me with immense gratitude and warmth that has never faded. After moving to a different state, the poor level of care I received during subsequent deliveries has only deepened my appreciation. That’s why after all these years, I felt compelled to return here and leave this review. Big thanks and highly recommended.

UPDATE 29/4/25: The clinic has been in touch to rectify the problem, refund has been sent and they even offered gift card for my troubles. I am glad my experience was a once-off, I recalled the clinic was very professional in the past, so it's good that they have maintained that, barring this lapse (will blame the many public hols in Apr!) ---- Original post: In late March I was asked to send $330 to secure an appointment in late May .
