They receptionist was very rude on the phone and in person. Also- my referral was faxed to Them and acknowledged they had the copy (as they called me for to make the appointment ) yet on the day they required the hard copy (which I didn’t have) and I was cancelled on the day. Very disappointed, as care arrangements were made for my special needs child. I won’t be returning.
