My wife recently had a surgical abortion at this clinic, and the experience was distressing, unsafe, and deeply disappointing from start to finish. During the procedure, no ultrasound was performed, either during or after the removal — something that is standard in most clinics to ensure all tissue has been cleared. I had a wonderful experience. Nurse Genevieve is quite possibly the most caring, sweet, professional & nurturing nurse I’ve ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. She put me at ease from the moment I met her and I think she is quite honestly the perfect nurse & an asset to your business.
The one star is for the staff, the rest of my experience was appalling. 5 hour wait, for a 1 hour procedure, sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room. When I was finally seen by someone they had the wrong patients chart, after the procedure they informed me that they forgot to do the extra screening I asked for, when asked how I was feeling I mentioned to the nurse my legs felt strange - the response was ‘that’s weird I don’t know what that’s about’ and then no further follow up, when it was time to leave they misplaced my b... read more
