I thought Greenskeeper was great. Rich was responsive and doing a great job ... and then he completely ghosted us after my wife called to get clarity on an invoice. Wasn't even a big deal. Since then, we've called and texted and emailed with zero response. Not even sure where they left off with lawn care as he wouldn't even answer that in a text. I honestly hope Rich is ok because this is so strange and unprofessional.
I’ve been using Greenskeeper for 12 years now. Extremely knowledgeable and fantastic service. Highly recommend! My grass is always top notch because of them. Rich, the owner, is always accessible if I have questions. Shawn, a veteran in lawn care, is one of the best. I have constant dialogue on what needs to be done with my lawn. Shawn is also a great with the rest of my family when he has his crew working at my house; very personable.

Do not use them. They all of a sudden stopped showing up. I called them to find out what was going on...they never called me back. Worst customer service ever!
