Unfortunately there's a noticeable decrease in the quality of this pharmacy after GreenShield took over. I had a delivery order not show up on the scheduled day. They were unable to initially tell me where it was, and then later called and told me it had been placed incorrectly in a different bin. They couldn't deliver to me as promised before my medication would be gone, and I had to have them call a local pharmacy and then go get it myself from there! disappointing is the only way to describe my recent interaction. Needed med renewal and pharmacy states that "attempts" were made to fax my doc and me Neither of us have any record of this. so, no call, no email, no fax. BTW I ma very easy to get a hold of. What did GS do? they sent my meds without two key drugs. That is how I found out that a renewal was needed! Bad form GS Pharmacy. When you were The HealthDepot this never happened!
