The pharmacist I spoke with, Kevin, was fantastic. I was having issues with my delivery and was approaching my wit’s end due to the lack of help. Thankfully, when I was connected with Kevin, he stepped in and resolved everything immediately. He was very personable and down to earth, I really appreciated his help.
Unreliable, they messed up my prescription delivery
Unprofessional, REALLY really bad customer service, I would give them a 0 star if I could. Regrettably I had my file transferred to this location, they never answer the phone and when they do they say someone will call you back, which never happens. Stay away from this location. I will be transferring my file to Costco.
