Greenshades' software products are great, BUT I have found their customer support to be sadly disappointing. When contacting product support, the customer facing support team seems to be poorly trained. They usually don't understand the question I am asking, have to follow up with the development team before responding to me, and about 1/2 the time respond with the an "incorrect" answer. I agree with another review about CSR. They don't value their customers. Impossible to speak to a person and once you do and explain your issue, they don't get back to you. I spoke to 2 different people with 2 different issues, and they never got back to me for W2 processing and 1095C processing. If you can work with another vendor, I would suggest that you do. Otherwise you will invariably be frustrated.
