This is a massive recreation complex that can be used to host a variety of events. The attached video was of a booksale that spanned much of the building. The sale itself was disappointing, but the building itself was a great venue to host. I'm unsure how much it costs to rent out or any of the technical specifics. If you have a big event that wouldn't quite require a convention center, I suggest looking into it.
