As a customer I am Disappointed at the fact that on the day of expected service, I did not get a call instead they were a NO SHOW! I got a text to say they wouldn't be able to service my lawn due to the fact there was too much work for them, mind you my lawn is always manicured and well kept however I paid the asking amount. Called. They said that they were going to show up at a certain time. They did not. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me why they did not show up. I only hope it's for a good reason like their parents in a car accident or some kind of thing like that. Not that I wish that, not that I would want anyone to wish that.
