Greenscapes is the landscaper for my HOA. They are the worst service company I have ever encountered. First off, they price gouge to the extreme. We had to cut our sprinkler pipe for a small remodel project in our backyard and asked them to come reconnect the pipe 5 feet over from the old pipe. They took over a month to get back to us with a "quote" and when they did, they quoted $1,600. This is for a job that takes 4-6 hours of labor and minimal material parts (just the pipes). They show up sporadically and inconsistently, so the majority of the time the landscaping is out of control, but when they do show up you wish they didn’t because they do a hack job that looks worse than anything. They don’t clean up the huge piles left behind and do not trim with any rhyme or reason. The yard is left an embarrassing mess until the next dreadful visit. No wonder most residents in this HOA have requested them not to come on their property and opt to do it themselves.
These crews are careless and absolutely butchered our entire backyard. Our natural fencing and countless beautiful plants were ruined and they have broken many outdoor lights and lawn ornaments and just left them in the middle of the yard for someone to get hurt. Several other community members in our HOA have voiced concerns and requested parting ways with this vendor and now we understand why. We will definitely be submitting a complaint with the same recommendation.

This 5 Star Review is specifically for Israel on the irrigation side at Greenscapes. He is super friendly and professional and goes above and beyond. I met him today to address some concerns and needs. Not only did he resolve what I needed but he checked other areas that needed fixed and was here for 2 hours to complete it.
