I am writing to formally address my disapproval with the way GreenScape El Paso Landscaping has managed my project and the lack of communication I have received. In May 2025, I hired your company for cement laying, pergola installation, and gate door installation. At first, the project moved forward as expected, but after I paid an additional $2,000 at Ricio’s recommendation, the workers stopped showing up. My yard was to the point where I didn’t even want to look at it anymore because of how overgrown it was. Carlos was able to completely revitalize my property and make it look new.
